The Mahina Club can be paid for using PayPal and credit card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Please note the following payment information based on your chosen duration:
Flexible duration: The first payment will be deducted within the next business days after completing the membership. Subsequent payments will be deducted on the 2nd of each month.
Fixed duration (3/6/12 months): The total amount is paid at checkout (installment payment available).
If you wish to change your payment method, you must first cancel your subscription. Afterward, you can re-subscribe with your new payment method.
Your Mahina Club will be sent to you approx. 3-7 business days (Mo-Fr) after the payment has been debited. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking.
The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively curated. Therefore, it is excluded from exchange and return rights.
This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions under §6 "Right of Withdrawal for Consumers." However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after your first Mahina Club order and return the shipment to us within 14 days.
If your Mahina Club item is defective, please contact our customer service.
With our Flex subscription, you have the option to pause your subscription.
* Please note that this is only possible for the following month. To suspend your subscription, you must make this adjustment before the 28th of the current month. You can easily do this in your customer account. This will suspend both the billing and delivery for the next month. The subscription will then resume as usual in the month after the pause. Pausing is not possible with fixed-term subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months).
It is important to note that when reactivating your subscription, the activation will not occur in the current month but will start on the 2nd of the following month.
*Please be aware that during the pause of your subscription, you will not receive any monthly benefits such as discounts, contests, or pre-sale access associated with the Mahina Club.
Log in to your customer account and select the “Manage subscription” option. This will take you directly to your subscription and you can view the current status. If you want to make changes to the color selection of your Flex subscription for the next month, you have the opportunity to do so before the 28th of the current month. Please note that changing the color selection is only possible if the Mahina Club in your desired color is still in stock.
It is not possible to change the color of your term subscription (3, 6 and 12 months).
- Cancellation of the subscription is only possible within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Alternatively, you can cancel or pause your subscription for the next month
- Cancellation of the Mahina Club Flex subscription for the following month is only possible until the 28th of the current month
- You can cancel or pause your subscription in your account.

- With a Mahina Club subscription with a fixed term, it is possible to cancel the subscription at any time during the term. Cancellation will then take effect at the end of the respective term.

Le Mahina Club peut être payé à l'aide de PayPal et d'une carte de crédit. Les bons ne peuvent pas être échangés.
Prends note des informations de paiement suivantes en fonction de la durée que tu as choisie :
- Durée flexible : Le premier paiement sera déduit dans les prochains jours ouvrables après avoir complété l'adhésion. Les paiements suivants seront déduits le 2 de chaque mois.
- Durée fixe (3/6/12 mois) : Le montant total est payé à la caisse (paiement échelonné disponible). Si tu souhaites changer de mode de paiement, tu dois d'abord annuler ton abonnement. Ensuite, tu pourras te réabonner avec ton nouveau mode de paiement.
Ton Mahina Club te sera envoyé environ 3 à 7 jours ouvrables (lu-ve) après le débit du paiement. Dès que le colis quitte notre entrepôt, tu recevras une confirmation d'expédition avec le suivi de l'envoi.
Le club Mahina est une collection limitée et exclusive. Il est donc exclu des droits d'échange et de retour.
Cela est également indiqué dans nos conditions générales de vente au §6 "Droit de rétractation pour les consommateurs." Toutefois, tu peux exercer ton droit de rétractation après ta première commande Mahina Club et nous renvoyer l'envoi dans un délai de 14 jours.

Avec notre abonnement Flex, tu as la possibilité de mettre ton abonnement en pause.
* Attention, cela n'est possible que pour le mois suivant. Pour suspendre ton abonnement, tu dois procéder à cette adaptation avant le 28 du mois en cours. Tu peux facilement le faire dans ton compte client. Cela suspendra à la fois la facturation et la livraison pour le mois suivant. L'abonnement reprendra ensuite comme d'habitude le mois suivant la pause. La mise en pause n'est pas possible pour les abonnements à durée déterminée (3, 6 et 12 mois).
Il est important de noter que lors de la réactivation de ton abonnement, l'activation ne se fera pas dans le mois en cours mais débutera le 2 du mois suivant.
*Sache que pendant la pause de ton abonnement, tu ne recevras aucun des avantages mensuels tels que les réductions, les concours ou l'accès aux préventes associés au Mahina Club.
Connecte-toi à ton compte client et sélectionne l'option "Gérer l'abonnement". Tu accèderas ainsi directement à ton abonnement et tu pourras en consulter l'état actuel. Si tu veux modifier la sélection de couleurs de ton abonnement Flex pour le mois suivant, tu as la possibilité de le faire avant le 28 du mois en cours. Tu noteras que la modification de la sélection de couleurs n'est possible que si le Mahina Club de la couleur souhaitée est encore en stock.
Il n'est pas possible de changer la couleur de ton abonnement à terme (3, 6 et 12 mois).
- L'annulation de l'abonnement n'est possible que dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de ta livraison. Tu peux aussi annuler ou mettre en pause ton abonnement pour le mois suivant
- La résiliation de l'abonnement Mahina Club Flex pour le mois suivant n'est possible que jusqu'au 28 du mois en cours
- Tu peux résilier ou mettre en pause ton abonnement dans ton compte.

- Dans le cadre d'un abonnement Mahina Club à durée déterminée, il est possible de résilier l'abonnement à tout moment pendant la durée. La résiliation prendra alors effet à la fin du terme concerné.
